The Guest Services Agent Position - We are looking for an individual with great attention to detail to join us as a Guest Services Agent on our Rooms team. The Guest Services Agent spends most of the shift greeting and communicating with resort guests and staff. 

Primary duties are to greet and communicate with resort guests with warm enthusiasm, to effectively use the Property Management System (PMS) to register and assign rooms to guests, issue room keys, transmit and receive messages, access and maintain guest folios, answer the phone, make and confirm lodging reservations as well as reservations for all resort amenities. Present folio statements and collect payments from departing guests, act as a cashier in all outlets, as necessary. Review accounts and charges with guests during the checkout process, and answer inquiries pertaining to services, guest registration, and travel directions, or make recommendations regarding shopping, dining, or entertainment. May assist guests with their luggage. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

*Experience preferred but on-the-job training provided,

which includes extensive PMS computer training is required.

Must pass background check.
