Location: Lakewood, CO or Remote

We provide each stylist with high-end studio space and the basic tools they need to find success as a business owner and entrepreneur.

As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will join our Training and Operations team to ensure the growth and success of our franchise partners. You’ll work directly with franchisees developing new locations to track and manage their progress, providing support and coaching along the way. The right person for this position is passionate about supporting other’s success, is an effective problem solver, has a proven ability to influence, can manage multiple priorities, and can assist in developing systems and executing processes in a dynamic setting.

This key position will optimize franchise business performance through consistent observation, assessment, goal setting and coaching of assigned franchisees and their employees. They will utilize relevant tools and strategies to elevate sales, profitability, operating standards and key performance indicators, especially during the critical startup/launch phases.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive the performance of the locations in your assigned territory.
  • Optimize unit economics, growth, profitability, and adherence to company processes, and brand standards through regular one-on-one business performance reviews/coaching calls with assigned franchise partners.
  • drive company initiatives by Organizing and conducting small group meetings with franchisees in assigned region.
  • Develop best practices and solve issues that hinder franchise success through collaboration with the Operations department.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and operational enhancement by performing field visits to franchisees in assigned region; may require up to 50% out of state travel.
  • Deliver updates on performance and KPIs of assigned region to department manager, company leadership team, and other company team members as appropriate.
  • Assist in the development and execution of franchisee training programs including the annual conference.
  • Work on special projects as needed

Experience, Skills and Abilities:

  • 1 - 2 years previous experience in a similar role within a franchise organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications is preferred.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $75,000-$85,000 annually, commensurate on experience. This role is bonus-eligible and is based on company and individual performance; all bonuses are subject to board and CEO approval.
