We are in search of an Executive Recruiter to enhance our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in securing high-level talent for our executive positions, including VP and C-suite roles. Your role will include working closely with business leaders, aiding in succession planning, and establishing strong client relationships. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the identification of potential talent both within and outside the organization, thereby aiding succession planning efforts.

• Formulate and execute recruitment strategies specifically tailored to senior-level executive positions.

• Handle confidential recruitment for executive roles, including VP and C-suite positions, on a national scale.

• Collaborate with business leaders to fully comprehend executive hiring needs, organizational goals, and leadership requirements.

• Actively contribute to the development of a strong talent pipeline for current and future executive positions.

• Engage in salary negotiations to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages for executive candidates.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of executive candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, and alignment with the organization's culture.

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, direct sourcing, referrals, and online channels, to identify and engage with executive-level candidates.

• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive talent mapping and relationship-building efforts.

• Stay updated on compensation trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice on competitive executive compensation.

• Present shortlisted executive candidates to hiring teams, providing comprehensive candidate profiles and insights.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and organizational culture.

• Conduct extensive research to identify potential executive candidates and develop leads for future recruitment endeavors.

• Develop and implement a strategy for attracting executive-level candidates, fostering a proactive and candidate-centric approach.

• Proven experience in executive recruiting is mandatory for this role
• Applicants must have a solid background in corporate recruiting
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition is required
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms is expected
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with executives
• Adept at negotiating and finalizing job offers effectively
• Must possess strong decision-making skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Proficient in conducting thorough candidate screening processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills are crucial
• Must be capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employment equity regulations is desired
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
