Applicants for the Executive Creative Director position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a creative leadership role, with a focus on digital, social media, and earned media. The role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to inspire teams, and a proven track record of applying strategic insights to achieve impactful creative outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a robust, award-winning portfolio, expertise in branding, marketing, and advertising, and a working proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Generative AI tools and a background in integrated work with other departments such as strategy, business development, and account teams is also essential.
