Our client, a growing health and wellness start-up is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a Sr. Executive in their NY office. They are looking for a flexible, resourceful, and detail-oriented EA who has experience working out of a start-up or high growth firm and handling international travel and logistics.
This is an amazing opportunity to join a mission-driven firm from the ground level.
The role will be in the office three days a week and remote two days but flexibility required
The day to day:
-Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel logistics, itineraries, bookings, reservations, details and expenses, visas etc.
-Manage complex schedules and calendars working in different time zones when needed
-Act as main point of contact and true gatekeeper handling all calls, emails, visitors etc.
-Draft correspondence and communications as needed
-Assist with ad-hoc projects, presentations as needed
-Light personal work as needed

-Someone who has high standards, and incredible attention to detail
-Experience supporting a Sr. Executive in a start-up or boutique environment
-The ability to adapt quickly, hit the ground running, and take initiative to be three-steps ahead always and work independently
-Tech savvy and experienced on Microsoft Office programs
-A strong communicator, confidence in making decisions, and maturity to deal with internal and external stakeholders and maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Positive attitude, upbeat, and excited about working in a mission driven culture
