Russell Tobin + Associates is currently seeking a Events Marketing Coordinator - 100% Remote. This is a 24+ months contract with potential for extension/conversion for successful contractors!

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 24+ months, with possible extension

Pay rate: $48.00 - 50.00/hr on w2

JOB SUMMARY:

Detailed Overview/Job Description:

Event Coordination:

• Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure event content aligns with objectives and themes.
• Track event timelines and key deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage attendee communications, registration, and post-event feedback collection.

Communications & Content Creation:

• Draft and edit event-related communications, including invitations, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Support internal communications initiatives to ensure consistency with company messaging and branding.
• Maintain and update event webpages, intranet sites, and content repositories.

Project Management & Operations:

• Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation to ensure alignment across teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver event and communication initiatives.
• Analyze event and communication performance metrics to inform future improvements.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, communications, project management, or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks with a solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage diverse audiences.
• Proficient project management skills, with a solution-oriented approach and ability to work under deadline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
