Job Opening: Events Assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team at Style Netbox . In this role, you will help coordinate and execute events that bring brands to life, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and attendees.

• Assist in planning and organizing events, including logistics and scheduling.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Support event setup, branding, and promotional activities.
• Maintain budgets and track expenses related to event planning.
• Handle on-site event coordination and problem-solving.
• Provide post-event reports and gather feedback for improvements.

• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.

• Competitive hourly pay ($27 - $30 per hour).
• Monday to Friday schedule (8-hour shifts).
