We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in the execution of day-to-day tasks and long-term projects. The Marketing Assistant will assist in the development, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns and strategies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation, management, and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social media). Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyze competitors’ marketing strategies. Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages. Collaborate with designers and other departments to produce promotional content. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Maintain and update customer databases, mailing lists, and CRM systems. Assist with the management of email marketing campaigns, including creating content, segmenting lists, and tracking open rates. Support in administrative tasks such as managing marketing calendars, processing invoices, and coordinating meetings.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software such as CRM tools, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and creativity.
