Job Title: Repair Technician $20-24+HR

Job Description

As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various electronic products used in the dental industry. Your role will involve working with schematics, drawings, and test procedures to ensure the proper functionality of these products. You will employ a range of troubleshooting techniques and equipment to perform your duties effectively.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic products such as ultrasonic cleaners, LED curing lights, sterilizing ovens, high frequency electro surgical devices, and dental scalers.
• Perform acceptance testing of products after repair and complete associated documentation.
• Work with schematics, drawings, and test procedures.
• Utilize various electrical meters, scopes, high voltage leak detection equipment, and other devices for troubleshooting.
• Conduct mechanical repair and assembly of equipment.
• Disassemble and troubleshoot equipment, documenting any issues found.
• Replace defective parts with new or repaired components.
• Perform soldering and desoldering tasks.

Essential Skills

• Experience in electro-mechanical, electronic assembly, electronic repair, and electronic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in working with schematics, mechanical components, and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to conduct mechanical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Capability to test circuits and work with printed circuit boards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronics, mechanical, and electrical repair.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Work Environment

You will work the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This dental supply manufacturing facility adheres to FDA regulations, providing a quiet and well-maintained workspace.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $47640.00

Direct Placement - 401K - Full Health (Vision, Dental, Medical). PTO + Vacation Days. Onsite Gym that can be used and also discounts to community facilities.

This is a fully onsite position in Cuyahoga Falls,OH.
