Role Overview:
As a Dynamics NAV ERP Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our Dynamics NAV ERP system, ensuring it aligns with the business needs of our manufacturing operations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain seamless EDI/E-Ship integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administer, maintain, and support the Dynamics NAV ERP system to optimize business processes.
* Work closely with the manufacturing team to align ERP capabilities with production requirements.
* Design, configure, and implement EDI/E-Ship solutions to streamline order processing and shipping.
* Troubleshoot system issues and provide resolutions to minimize downtime.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and recommend ERP enhancements.
* Provide user training and documentation to ensure efficient system utilization.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of Dynamics NAV ERP administration experience.
* Strong techno-functional skillset with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
* Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of supply chain and production processes.
* Expertise in EDI/E-Ship implementation and support.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
