Position:  Financial Literacy Coach 

Location:  Wailuku, HI 

Pay: $23/hour 

Experience: 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required

Type: Full-time; Contract 

Schedule: Day Shift 

Employers Options is seeking a Financial Literacy Coach  to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:  

• Instruct financial literacy classes for adults and teens, focusing on topics such as business planning, budgeting, and credit management
• Provide one-on-one and group guidance to assess clients' financial needs and offer personalized assistance
• Promote the financial literacy program through community outreach, social media, and public speaking engagements
• Track program progress and manage client interactions using CRM tools
• Market the program to increase participation and ensure exceptional customer service and support for all clients

Position Requirements:  

• Bilingual abilities preferred
• Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop business plans and financial projections
• Basic knowledge of interpreting financial documents and writing reports
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
