Compensation: $160,000 – $240,000 annually

🎯 What You'll Do

Lead Exceptional Engineering Teams

• Mentor and manage a high-performing team of Flutter engineers.
• Oversee development, deployment, and continuous improvement of Flutter applications.
• Establish and maintain engineering best practices and coding standards.

Drive Technical Excellence

• Architect scalable and performant cross-platform applications.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and ensure robust software quality.

Innovate Beyond Convention

• Challenge industry norms through innovative technology adoption.
• Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in Flutter and software development.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Partner closely with design, product management, and customer success teams.
• Ensure alignment on product vision, accurate implementation, and superior user experiences.

🙌 Who You Are

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Flutter.
• 5+ years managing or leading engineering teams.
• Hands on software developer with a true passion toward excellent software.
• Deep knowledge of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Excellent communicator, mentor, and collaborative leader.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
