We are seeking an Director of Housekeeping to oversee the housekeeping operations of a beautiful luxury hotel in Shreveport, LA. Recognized for its award-winning service and proximity to numerous attractions, this hotel is a guest favorite for those seeking an elevated hotel experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Leader who thrives in a fun, friendly environment and wishes to work with one of the world's leading hoteliers.

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience) + Bonus, Health, Dental & Vision plans, 401k + match, a great PTO plan and more!

Relocation assistance will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive management of the housekeeping department
• Manage room turnover times, customer service scores, and financial profitability
• Lead a team of over 100 employees
• Serve as key liaison between client property leadership
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct
• Coach underperforming employees to improve performance
• Ensure new hires complete required training
• Demonstrate friendly, service-oriented demeanor when interacting with co-workers, guests, and property staff
• Follow and enforce all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
