Description


Position Overview: We are currently hiring a Trainer responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to our team members. This role will be crucial in ensuring our staff is well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and uphold our quality standards.

Responsibilities:

•Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees, covering coffee preparation techniques, customer service, and company policies
•Conduct on-the-job training, providing guidance to team members
•Collaborate with management to identify training needs and create targeted programs
•Maintain and update training materials to reflect the latest industry trends and company policies
•Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
•Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols

Position Requirements


Requirements:

•Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
•Previous experience as a trainer in a similar industry, preferably in coffee or food service
•Strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
•Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and weekends as needed
