Job Title: Controller

Location: Mansfield, TX (Fully Onsite)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Controller with a strong background in Navision and operational expertise to join our team in Mansfield, TX. This role is critical to overseeing financial operations and improving system processes. You will work closely with Senior Management in Texas and maintain effective communication with counterparts in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and operational processes.
* Utilize Navision to ensure accurate and efficient financial management.
* Collaborate on system fixes, upgrades, and implementations to optimize performance.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain strong internal controls.
* Provide strategic insights to support business decisions and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Controller or similar role with expertise in Navision.
* CPA or CMA certification (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of financial principles, operational processes, and systems.
* Experience with system fixes, implementations, and upgrades is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams in Texas and Canada.
* Ability to work onsite full-time in Mansfield, TX.
