Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects within our commercial sector. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to drive the successful completion of commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project costs and identify solutions to stay within budget.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Implement quality control, risk management, and safety protocols.
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in commercial construction project management.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Certifications (preferred): PMP or LEED Accreditation.
