About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join their dynamic team. The CRO will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering a high-performance culture. This role is not for a traditional executive; the ideal candidate will be a hands-on, innovative builder with a passion for the work. The CRO will lead the alignment of revenue functions, refine sales operations, and enhance customer success strategies. They will be expected to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, particularly targeting enterprise and public sector clients, and work closely with the marketing, product, finance, operations, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach that enhances the customer experience. The successful candidate will be a proven builder and growth leader, with a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and business development, and comprehensive expertise in SaaS business models. They should be customer-focused, field-oriented, and an innovative experimenter, thriving on a mindset of continuous testing, learning, and adapting. The CRO will be responsible for analyzing sales performance metrics, firming up forecasts, and identifying new business opportunities, particularly in North America and European markets. A background in high-growth environments, especially within startups or new business lines, is essential, as is a customer-first approach that prioritizes strategies reflecting actual customer needs. The role requires a leader who is collaborative, team-focused, and committed to working alongside their team to ensure success.
