About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive revenue strategy that supports the organization's growth and mission. The CRO will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of revenue-generating operations, including philanthropy, corporate partnerships, government grants, and fee-for-service programs. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, building and managing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of nonprofit revenue strategies, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to long-term financial sustainability.
Key responsibilities for the CRO include establishing and optimizing the organization's revenue portfolio, building strong partnerships with the executive team and key stakeholders, and leading efforts to identify and pursue new revenue streams. The successful candidate will also be involved in financial oversight, ensuring compliance with government grants, and representing the organization at external events. A minimum of 15 years' experience in revenue generation or related fields, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The CRO should have exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an advanced degree strongly preferred.
