• This role will be one of the leaders for an award winning, educational nonprofit organization. They are mission driven organization who is making their educational services accessible to people of all ages using interactive exhibits, education programs in particular focusing on low income students and through events and lectures
• The Chief Financial and Administrative Officer will be leading a team of Accounting/Finance and Administrative professionals, therefore our client is seeking a candidate with experience in supervising a team.
• This a high growth period of the organization and you will be directly working with the CEO as well as the Board of Directors.

• The organization is located in Midtown New York City and they are accessible to many train and bus lines. They are in a great area by the Flatiron District. The role will be hybrid.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial analyses and plans
• Oversee the financial reporting and budgeting process, including monthly results review and reporting.
• Monitor budget progress, prepare financial forecasts, and provide P&L analyses.
• Review contracts, compare vendor bids, and make recommendations, while also drafting agreements and providing information for fundraising and collaboration opportunities.
