Looking for your next opportunity? Our Client is currently looking for a
Change Manager to join their team in Ottawa!If you are looking for a new challenge, professional growth and fulfill the following qualifications, this is a role for you!

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in the last 15 years as a Change Management Consultant (or equivalent role) leading the development or implementation of Change Management for technology-enabled Projects
  • Experience on three (3) Large technology-enabled Project in the last 10 years in the public or private sector in a Change Management leadership or Change Management advisory capacity.
  • Experience in the last five (5) years working as a Senior Executive or a as a Strategic Change Advisor directly advising a Senior Executive.
  • Must hold a valid Change Management certification/designation, such as:
  1. Change Management Professional (CMP);
  2. Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP);
  3. Certification or Designation in People Change Management;
  4. Certification or Designation in structured change management or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. LEAN/Six Sigma, Kaizen, PROSCI etc.).
