The role focuses primarily on Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Americas regions. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders in the dry cargo industry. Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base. Provide expertise in time charter requirements and logistics solutions. Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve collective goals. Represent MID-SHIP Group LLC with professionalism and integrity in all dealings. Qualifications: Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a cargo/ship broker within the dry cargo industry or related fields such as financial markets or commodities trading. Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends in Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Americas. Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Client-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service. Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Willingness to travel overseas to market our services and engage with clients as needed.
