Full-Time/Part-Time Seasonal Description RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber), is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual to fill a hybrid role of Business Analyst and Assistant Project Coordinator for an unpaid internship. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, have experience with digital marketing, and excel in project coordination. You will be responsible for supporting both business analysis and project management tasks, helping to drive data-driven decisions, streamline processes, and ensure successful project execution.Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvements. Collect, organize, and interpret data to support business decisions and project outcomes. Assist in coordinating project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and communicate progress. Track project progress, flag potential delays, and prepare reports for stakeholders. Support digital marketing initiatives and manage content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation using Excel and Word. Assist project managers by providing administrative support and ensuring all deadlines are met.Qualifications: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong networks. Proficiency in Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools. Familiarity with social media platforms and content management. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under a deadline-driven environment.
