We are currently seeking a Billing Specialist/Analyst for a direct hire opportunity.

Must have experience in the engineering/construction industry handling the high volume project billing.

No Medical Billing background

Hybrid opportunity, will work 2 days in office and 3 days remote.

Key Duties for the Billing Specialist/Analyst:

• Responsible for handling the billing of over 100+ projects at a time
• Handle the review of unbilled costs for billable and nonbillable cost
• Responsible for handling the preparation of the draft invoices and then finalized the invoices with all the necessary documentation
• Ensure accuracy of invoices being set up according to the contract
• Assist with outstanding receivables as needed
• Handle any billing issues and work closely with Project Managers and clients

Key Requirements for Billing Specialist/Analyst

• BA/BS in Accounting or Business with 3+ years of hands on experience working in engineering/construction industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Experience with Deltek, BST or any large ERP system is a plus
• Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables)
