We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual Spanish, have food industry experience and will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales, driving traffic to our e-commerce platforms and developing new business leads.

Duties

• Business Development : Contact past customers to generate new sales. Identify and contact and follow up with potential new customers.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies : Create and implement strategies to increase sales, traffic, and revenue. This includes using digital marketing and social media.
• Optimize the e-commerce platform : Ensure product listings are accurate and up to date, and that the website is performing well. This includes managing site development and updates.
• Manage customer relationships : Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries.
• Conduct market research : Research competitors and the market to identify trends and opportunities..

Requirements

• Food industry sales and or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, e-commerce tools and trends.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and a working knowledge of retail business and e-commerce best practices.
