Responsibilities

•Source and buy parts for inventory cars
•Track cores
•Track returns
•Recruit and manage team members within the auto parts department
•Monitor inventory levels to ensure quick access for employees based on projected demand and cost targets
•Track records for auto parts warranties
•Record and track the movement and sales of auto parts within the dealership's inventory control system
•Negotiate and communicate effectively to secure the best prices for automotive parts, ensuring a return on investment when used in sales and vehicle repairs

Qualifications

•Excellent product knowledge, customer service skills, administrative skills, and organizational skills are necessary to manage inventory effectively
•1-2 years of related experience in auto sales needed
•Experience managing a staff is desired
•Mandatory high school diploma or GED equivalent Grote Auto - Rockford
