Associate Physician Recruiter

Goldfish Medical Staffing is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Physician Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Plano, TX. This in-office position plays a critical role in helping our organization source, recruit, and onboard top-tier physicians for our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping to build strong medical teams and ensuring that healthcare professionals are placed in the right roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand physician staffing needs and create recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and identify physician candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Provide candidates with detailed information about job opportunities, compensation, benefits, and Goldfish Medical Staffing’s culture.
• Assist in the creation and presentation of offer letters and facilitate negotiations with candidates.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure accurate tracking of candidate activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with recruitment process improvements to streamline hiring and enhance the candidate experience.

Qualifications :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in recruitment or healthcare staffing is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with physician credentialing and licensing processes is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems.

• A positive attitude and passion for working with healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and physician recruitment trends is a plus.
