Inspire and guide youth through interactive worship sessions, small groups, retreats, and outreach initiatives that make faith relatable, real, and fun. Discipleship & Congregational Growth (Approximately 1/3 of your role): Cultivate an environment of spiritual growth by creating and managing small groups, spiritual formation classes, and welcoming new members into our family. Mentor individuals, providing pastoral care and leading one-on-one discipleship, nurturing Christian maturity. Teaching and Preaching: Lead and organize Bible studies and classes that challenge and encourage our community to live out their faith daily. Regularly join our preaching team, sharing insights that resonate with youth and adults. Collaboration & Strategic Planning: Embrace a team spirit with humility and shared leadership. Value delegation and creating space for others to contribute. Partner with student ministry volunteers and youth leaders to develop innovative, mission-driven initiatives. Participate in strategic planning to keep our ministry fresh, relevant, and impactful.

Demonstrate a solid, articulate understanding of the Bible and Christian theology, capable of translating deep truths into everyday life. Excellent communication skills with a heart for connection and community building. Passion & Organizational Skills: A genuine passion for youth ministry, with the drive to create a welcoming, dynamic environment where faith thrives. Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills to bring innovative ministry ideas to life.
