Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy innovative machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimize machine learning models and AI systems to address complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and implement AI/ML solutions.
  • Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality input for machine learning models.
  • Develop and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and systems using modern frameworks and tools.
  • Monitor and evaluate model performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and recommend their integration into projects.
  • Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP to deploy and manage AI/ML models.
  • Build APIs to integrate machine learning models into existing systems or applications.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong programming skills in Python , R , or Java .
    • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow , PyTorch , or Keras .
    • Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or deep learning techniques.
    • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS SageMaker , Azure AI , or Google AI Platform .
    • Knowledge of big data processing tools like Hadoop , Spark , or Kafka (preferred).
    • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
    • Proven track record of delivering successful AI/ML projects from concept to production.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
