We are in the search for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to join our team based in Memphis, Tennessee. The function of this role is to supervise and manage our cash application team, ensure precision in bank account reconciliation, address payment discrepancies, and spearhead workflow enhancements. This role is pivotal within our industry and offers an exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise the cash application team to ensure efficient and precise processing of receivables.
• Lead in the reconciliation of bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Take charge in identifying and resolving payment discrepancies promptly and effectively.
• Spearhead workflow enhancements to boost efficiency and accuracy within the accounts receivable function.
• Formulate and implement policies and procedures to streamline accounts receivable processes.
• Monitor key metrics and report on the performance of the accounts receivable team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Utilize accounting software systems and CRM for efficient processing and management.
• Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions, including auditing and billing functions.
• Leverage knowledge of financial services, such as 3M and ADP, to enhance processes and operations.• Must have proficiency in 3M.
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.
• Should be skilled in using Concur.
• Must be competent in CRM usage.
• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions is essential.
• Must have experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must.
• Auditing skills are required.
• Proficiency in Billing Functions is necessary.
