Job Title: Account Manager (US Citizens Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services and offerings upsell and crosssell based on client needs.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. sales product operations) to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track account metrics monitor service levels and regularly report performance to clients and management.
• ProblemSolving: Address client complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Strategic Planning: Assist clients in setting goals and aligning company solutions to achieve measurable outcomes.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
