Job Description: Account Executive / Business Development Manager

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team and play a critical role in driving growth. In this position youll manage the full sales cycle from identifying potential clients to closing deals. Once a deal is secured youll ensure a seamless handover to their account management team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forwardthinking company delivering innovative payment solutions to businesses.

What Youll Do

• Manage Sales: Oversee the entire sales process including prospecting negotiating and closing deals.
• Present Solutions: Understand client needs and demonstrate how their tailored solutions can address them through engaging demos and presentations.
• Drive Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing leads and turning them into loyal clients.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with their business development and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and seamless onboarding of new clients postsale.
• Track and Report: Monitor sales activities and pipeline progress and provide regular updates to leadership.

What We Are Looking For

• 35 years of experience in SaaS or payment sales
• Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Strong negotiation and dealclosing skills
• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of the payments industry is a plus
• A selfmotivated resultsdriven approach with problemsolving skills

Compensation

• Annual base salary of $125000 plus commission
• Commission structure to reward success and performance

Important: The job isnt a remote job. You must have a work permit and Native or superb English.
